Lesbian Filmmaker: Kathryn L. Beranich

What We Know:

Kathryn's film, The Unlikely Story of the Lesbians of First Friday, has been chosen to be screened at the Cinema Systers Lesbian Film Festival. That amazing event will be held May 26th thru May 29th.

Kathryn is a lesbian filmmaker with a long history in tv production. She kicked off her career as a producer/director for tv series in 1977. It was during that time she started writing lesbian films. Her documentaries have enjoyed much success at LGBTQ Film Festivals throughout the United States and Europe. Kathryn is from Milwaukee, WI, and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
